Construction Hoist Interest Group (CHIG) The next Construction Hoist Interest Group Steering Committee and Open Meetings will take place on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th October 2023 respectively as hybrid events, with both physical and virtual delegates attending. The meeting venue for physical delegates for both meetings is the Heart of England Conference Centre, Meriden Road, Fillongley, CV7 8DX. Crane Interest Group (CIG) The next Crane Interest Group Steering Committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 24th January 2023 as a hybrid event, with both physical and virtual delegates attending. The meeting venue for the physical delegates is the Heart of England Conference & Events Centre, Meriden Road, Fillongley, Coventry CV7 8DX. Suction and Vacuum Excavator Special Interest Group (SAVE) The next Suction and Vacuum Excavator Steering Committee meeting date will be communicated once agreed and confirmed by the group, with the meeting format and venue to be confirmed at a later date prior to the meeting. Shoring Technology Interest Group (STIG) The last Shoring Technical and Steering Committee meeting took place on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre, Meriden Road, Fillongley, Coventry CV7 8DX, with the meeting agenda covering a range of topics including: • Election of the new Group Chair • Recent Safety Issues • CITB Update • Review of TINs and STIG Guidance Documents. Tower Crane Interest Group (TCIG) The next Tower Crane Interest Group Steering Committee meeting will take place in Q1 of 2023, with the date, venue and meeting format to be confirmed early in the new year.
