Major industry players including Terex Group, SMT (Volvo), JCB, Komatsu, Finning, Case, Sandvik, Hyundai, Bell, Liebherr, Doosan, Atlas Copco, Bomag, Wirtgen, McCloskey, Telestack, Hitachi, Metso, Parker Plant and CDE will all be present together with other Hillhead regulars and a host of new companies too. Event manager Harvey Sugden explained: ‘The level of rebooking has been exceptionally high and it is fantastic to see so many companies coming back to us year on year. It emphasizes the importance of the show to the industry, which is a real highlight in the calendar for exhibitors and visitors alike.’ Look out for the full exhibitor list being released on the Hillhead website (www. hillhead.com) , along with the launch of the new interactive Engage facility. Engage allows visitors to schedule meetings with exhibitors, as well as customize and personalize their individual show experience through its recommendation engine. A new 70m long structure will be sited alongside the existing Registration Pavilion to boost its capacity to 90 exhibitors. Event director Richard Bradbury explained: ‘With the Main Pavilion selling out before the end of last year and enquiries still flooding in, we have made the decision to extend again, creating the opportunity for an additional 30 exhibitors to attend.’ Visitor registration is already open for the 2018 event, which takes place from 26–28 June at Hillhead Quarry, near Buxton.
