The first is Construction Plant 2022 which is being held on 28th June 2022 in London. The event allows the opportunity to hear from various speakers about how they are reducing emissions through the design and use of plant using different propulsion systems. Learn about developments in electric, hybrid, hydrogen-fuelled applications, as well as sustainable fuels in construction plant so you can capitalise on these to reduce your project’s emissions. Speakers are from Laing O’Rourke, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), EDF Energy, Select Plant Hire, Volvo Construction Equipment, JCB and more. The event aims to address the key challenges involved in carrying out safe crane operations. Presentations will cover recent lifting projects across a wide variety of projects and industries, together with technical insights and industry best practice to reduce the risk of incidents, maintain compliance with standards and make the most of new and novel technologies.
