Construction Hoist Interest Group (CHIG) The next Construction Hoist Interest Group Steering Committee and Open Meetings will take place on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th October 2023 respectively as hybrid events, with both physical and virtual delegates attending. The meeting venue for physical delegates for both meetings is the Heart of England Conference Centre, Meriden Road, Fillongley, CV7 8DX. Crane Interest Group (CIG) The last Crane Interest Group Steering Committee meeting took place on Tuesday 24th January 2023 as a hybrid event, with both physical and virtual delegates attending. The meeting venue for the physical delegates was the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre, Meriden Road, Fillongley, Coventry CV7 8DX, with the agenda covering a range of topics including: • TIN & Publications Update • CAP 1096 Update • CPA Voluntary Roadworthiness Scheme Update • HSE Update • CPA Update • Industry Use of Alternative Low Carbon Fuels • ESTA Update • CIG Open Meeting Date & Venue The next Crane Interest Group meeting will take place as a joint CIG/ TCIG Open Event during the Vertikal Days show on Wednesday 10th May 2023, with the agenda and meeting venue to be communicated to respective groups once agreed and contract confirmed. Suction and Vacuum Excavator Special Interest Group (SAVE) The next Suction and Vacuum Excavator Steering Committee meeting date will be communicated once agreed and confirmed by the group, with the meeting format and venue to be confirmed at a later date prior to the meeting. Shoring Technology Interest Group (STIG) The next Shoring Technical and Steering Committee meeting date will be communicated once agreed and confirmed by the group, with the format and the venue to be confirmed at a later date.. Tower Crane Interest Group (TCIG) The next Tower Crane Interest Group meeting will take place as a joint CIG/TCIG Open Event during the Vertikal Days show on Wednesday 10th May 2023, with the agenda and meeting venue to be communicated to the respective groups once agreed and contract confirmed.
